We are a class of Year 2/3 boys and girls.
Our Teacher is Mrs Newbould.
We love to learn!

 We are at the end of Term 2 - our teacher can't believe how quick it has gone!
 
We have been busy this term learning about roles and responsibilities, and learning about New Zealand Heritage for our Heritage-athon.

Everyone in the class did very well on the Grand Quiz Day for the Heritage-athon. Congratulations to Luke who got all of the questions correct, and to Ben for getting the second highest score in the class. It has been great to see how much we have all learnt!

On the last week of term we will be participating in book week (we can't wait)! 

We have been preparing for book week by reading lots of books to include on our book chain. It nearly reaches from one end of the classroom to the other (check out our pictures below).

 
This term we have welcomed some new students to our class, and said good-bye to one student who has relocated to Australia. We hope our new students feel welcome, and look forward to getting to know them better over the next few weeks.
