Conflict is...

A fight, an argument, difficulty between people.

This brings up feelings we don’t like.

Sad, mad and bad...

We all deal with conflict differently: This is Diversity!

If it is not Win/win

Then everyone loses...

Be the wise old owl!

A Turtle avoids and withdraws- Lose-lose

A Teddy accommodates or allows others to get what they want. Lose-win

A Shark asserts power and controls- Win-lose

The fox- negotiates - Wins some – lose some.

A wise old owl knows that Win/Win works...

We can find a solution that works for both of us so we are happy. Glad! p
